These terms apply to UK mainland only.

Carriage charges are based on weight. Orders consisting of a single parcel up to 25kg are despatched on a next day delivery basis, but guaranteed within 2 days. For Scottish highlands add one day.

• Next day carrier charge £5.00 minimum (covers a single set of irons)
• Next day a.m. carrier charge £10.00 minimum
• Saturday a.m. carrier charge £25.00 minimum
• Carriage is free on all orders over £175.00
• Small orders will be sent by first class post where possible, unless next day carrier is specifically requested
• All orders including clubs will be sent on next day carrier
• Please contact us for a specific, detailed freight charge for offshore deliveries to Anglesey, Northern & Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, etc.

Our carriers cannot leave goods with neighbours or in porches, garden sheds, etc. Please ensure that someone will be available at the address given to take receipt of the goods. Delivery to work/business addresses are an acceptable and, in fact, preferred method.

In the event of any products showing or being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw such items from sale, at any point prior to shipping. We will contact you immediately if such a situation arises.

Fairgolf ensures a rapid home or nominated address delivery service and under normal circumstances goods will be despatched within 24 hours from receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. Delivery is usually effected on an overnight service, but in any case guaranteed within two working days. Next day, next day A.M. and Saturday A.M. deliveries are available at extra cost.

Goods for sale on this website are covered by the manufacturer's or our own full warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty is normally 12 calendar months from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated. Goods will be repaired or replaced, without quibble or delay, subject to the product in question having been used for its' correct purpose and not having been subject to abuse or misuse.

We prefer to confirm all orders by email or fax wherever possible and to take payment only when the final order has been mutually agreed.

Any e-mail, proforma invoice, fax, receipt of any kind or other acknowledgement of your order is designed to inform you simply that your order has been received and does not in any way commit us to the acceptance of the order - regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt.

Fairgolf reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable us to evaluate and/or process the order.

Payment can be by debit/credit card or by cheque. All cheques must be cleared prior to despatch of the goods. This may take up to 5 working days and is outside our control.

Payment will not be processed until the goods are confirmed to be in stock and ready to be shipped (usually within 24 hours) or subject to mutual agreement.

Payment in Euros will only be accepted by bank transfer or BACS only. We then require 3 working days for the bank to clear the funds before we can despatch the goods.

We will accept order cancellations any time up to the moment of despatch of the goods and any monies taken will be repaid immediately in the same format as the original payment.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy or unsatisfied with any part of your order, within 21 days, commencing on the day of receipt, the goods must be returned to us in an unused and unmarked condition and with the original packaging intact, stating clearly the reason for return. Refunds will be effected immediately following receipt and inspection of the goods, in the same format as the original payment.

Fairgolf maintains a policy of continuous improvement and so it is possible that some products may differ slightly from the picture or specification featured in this website. All images are for illustrative purposes only and colours may vary from those shown. Any differences will be notified as soon as any modifications are made or when they become apparent.

Fairgolf will not be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform any of its' obligations under any contract for the supply of goods where the delay is due to any cause outside its' reasonable control. Such delay or failure will not constitute a breach of the contract and the time for performance of the affected obligation shall be extended by such period as shall be reasonable.
